These terms govern your use of this website and your request to reserve Magnolia by the Sea, a vacation rental in Carolina Beach, North Carolina.

Booking requests

Submitting a request through this site is a request to reserve, not a confirmed booking. We'll review your dates and either accept or decline your request. Dates are held temporarily while your request is pending, but are not guaranteed until we accept your request and payment is completed.

Payment

Once we accept your request, full payment is due to confirm your reservation. Payment is processed securely through Stripe; we do not store your full card details.

SMS & email messaging program

By submitting your phone number and email address on our booking request form, you consent to receive messages from Magnolia by the Sea related to your reservation request — for example, confirmation that we received your request, whether it was accepted or declined, and a link to complete payment.

• Program description: transactional booking-related messages only — we do not send promotional or marketing texts.
• Message frequency: varies based on your reservation activity; typically a handful of messages around a single request.
• Message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier and plan.
• Opt out: reply STOP to any text message at any time to stop receiving SMS from us.

Cancellations

Cancellation terms will be communicated at the time your reservation is confirmed. Contact us directly if your plans change.
